HOW TO APPLY FOR A "LIFE SETTLEMENT"

We will need the following items:

1. A completed Application Form and signed Authorizations, and

2. A copy of the insured's photo identification, and

3. A copy of the life insurance policy, if obtainable.

Application Forms vary by state, and are based on your state of residence.  Please call Frederick Townsend at 203-879-2009, tell him your state of residence, and an application form will be sent overnight to you.

If you need assistance completing the Application Form, please call 203-879-2009.

After you have completed the Application Form and signed the Authorizations, send:

1. The completed Application Form and signed Authorizations, and

2. The copy of the insured's photo identification, and

3. The copy of the life insurance policy, if obtainable, to:

We recommend sending these materials by overnight express service (Federal Express, Airborne, etc.). It may take as long as six to eight weeks to process the application, seek two rounds of competitive bids from funding companies, and submit the highest bid to the policy owner.
